There is a new technology called "regal" that allows for faster page turning and eliminates “ghosting”. As you can read here http://goodereader.com/blog/electron...egal-and-carta it should work with normal pearl displays which are installed in many Kindle devices:

It looks like this technology is software solution that bases on special waveform data.
Does anyone want to try to port it and test it with other devices? Probably you will have to read Aura's waveform data from its internal SD card.
