so... there I was after completing gtkSudoku (http://www.mobileread.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=188997) when I thought hey that looks a bit like minesweeper, and what do you know in 30 years coding I'd never made an implementation of minesweeper, which is a great excuse for recursive coding :D
You complete the game when the number of unknown squares reaches zero, using flags is optional, the flag button toggles the placement of flags or square selection mode.
