No Cover in cover view

Please help!:help::help:

I have a epub file with cover.
If I convert it with Calibre, I can see the book cover in Kindle cover view.
If I convert it with Kindlegen, cover can't display at all.

I have resized the image size to Amazon suggested dimensions but with no luck :smack:
Can any one know the trick to do it?
