E paper does not update cleanly for photos

Hi

Anyone know if it is possible to make the epaper refresh twice for images, when it goes shows the screen saver images. The text always comes through the image, spoiling the photo.

On the old non-touch kindle, i am sure this did not happen.

I ma using Kindle touch, jail broken with latest screen saver hack and 5.3.2.1
