Confermation of steps needed to update 3.1 K3 KB.

My mother in law is dead set on updating her Kindle 3 Keyboard non SO model. I got it for her a few years ago(before Bestbuy carried special offer only kindles) and at her request jail broke it and did the SS hack.

I'm guessing it will be backup data, unjailbrake, update, and use a 3.4 jailbrake for it.

Anyone confirm this?
