I meet a problem when starting Diags.
I have successfully JB my KPW3 with firmware 5.14.3 yesterday using opening case and connecting serial port method. I got the root and installed jailbreak, KUAL and other great stuff.

However, when I try to JB my wife's KPW3 with firmware version 5.15.1, I cannot start Diags. Here is what I do, after enter uboot, I input bootm 0xE41000 then I go the error message: kinit: init not found!
I have tried Format and overwrite FAT partition and "Update using update*.bin file on FAT partition", so firmwire installed several times. I also tried reset from Kindle menu and "DO_FACTORY_RESTORE", nothing is a success...
