Will automatic FW update from Amazon funk my jailbreak?

Hello

I've had Kindle 3GB for a year now and only finally gotten around to jailbreaking it. In that time I noticed once when I turned my 3G on, I received an update to 3.4.

I'm wondering then, as Kindle is now jailbroken, will future auto updates interfere with the jailbreak, or any other potential problems I need to be aware of please?
