PW1 how to remove heat shield?

I have a PW1 which is very poorly, I think it's going to undergo eMMC replacement.

What's the best way to remove the heat shields?

I have access to soldering iron and heat gun, just never done it before and they look pretty firmly attached. Anyone got any experience with this and can offer some advice?
