At first, it seemed like Kubrick debricked the K3, but it didn't last long. After letting it go for a few weeks, I charged the K3 for a few days then tried Kubrick again. This time, flashing the main partition was reported as successful after just a couple of seconds, but afterward there was no response at all from the K3. Thinking the battery might be dead, I removed it and tested the voltage: 3.2v. After letting it charge for a couple more days, it went up to 4v, but Kubrick again said the main partition flashing was done in 2 seconds and the K3 did nothing.
Any advice? Kubrick did say that if it didn't debrick to try to do it manually. Is there a step-by-step guide to debricking under Linux (maybe using some of the files already on the Kubrick CD)? Thx.
